Replaced fictional content with 3 verified client projects: Dawood Medical, Touresim, Managed Infrastructure
Removed unverifiable claims (dedicated team, live dashboard, fractional CMO, workshops)
Deleted partner logos section (unverified partnerships)
Removed 139 non-existent pages; verified 74 live URLs
API routes, share links, note-taking, one-time download/consumption
Grid layout, status badges, phase colors, improved visibility
Collect and publish verified feedback from completed engagements
Add screenshots, process diagrams, and results visuals to the three published case studies
Clarify which cities Convertec serves; remove fictional presence claims
Build or delete comparison/glossary/solutions/service-sub pages
Add convertec.cloud to fleet-wide UptimeRobot alerts (5-min HTTPS checks)
Submit refreshed sitemap to Google Search Console
Full Arabic version of convertec.cloud with RTL layout and localized copy
Introduce key team members and their expertise
Publish actionable guides on growth strategy, infrastructure, and bilingual builds
