Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 7 August 2026
Convertec Ltd is committed to making our website (convertec.cloud) and client portal usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
1. Our commitment
Accessibility is an ongoing effort at Convertec. We aim to make our marketing site, client portal, and any tools we build for clients usable by everyone, regardless of ability or the technology they use to browse the web. We review new pages and features against accessibility best practice before they ship, and we welcome feedback that helps us do better.
2. Conformance standard
Our target standard is WCAG 2.1, Level AA — the standard referenced by UK accessibility regulations and widely recognised internationally. Our current conformance status is "partially conformant": most of the site meets Level AA, but some areas have not yet been fully evaluated or remediated. Partially conformant means some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
3. Measures we take
To support accessibility, we: • Provide a light and dark theme with sufficient colour contrast • Support full keyboard navigation across primary site flows • Use semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks where appropriate • Provide alt text for meaningful images • Ensure text can be resized up to 200% without loss of functionality • Test key pages with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA) during development • Include an official Arabic (RTL) language mode alongside English and French
4. Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology
Our website is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers such as VoiceOver and NVDA, screen magnification software, and speech recognition software. It is not generally compatible with browsers older than the two most recent major versions.
5. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of our website may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:
• Some third-party embedded content (video players, interactive calculators) may not fully meet Level AA on their own • Some older PDF resources have not yet been remediated for screen reader use • Complex data visualisations may have limited alternative text • Some animations do not yet fully respect the "prefers-reduced-motion" setting on every page
We prioritise remediation based on user impact and are working through this list on an ongoing basis. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please tell us — see the feedback section below.
6. Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of convertec.cloud and our client portal. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know:
Convertec Ltd 20 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4AB, United Kingdom Email: accessibility@convertec.cloud General enquiries: hello@convertec.cloud
We try to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days, and to propose a resolution or realistic timeline within 10 business days.
7. Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint, you may escalate the matter to a senior member of our team by marking your email "Accessibility escalation" to accessibility@convertec.cloud. Visitors in the United Kingdom may also refer unresolved complaints to the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
8. Assessment approach
This statement was prepared based on an internal self-assessment of our website and client portal against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria, combined with automated tooling and manual screen-reader testing of key user journeys. We plan to commission an independent third-party accessibility audit and will update this statement with the results once complete.
